It is wonderful to feel the grandness of Canada in the raw,
not because she is Canada but because she’s something sublime that you were born into,
some great rugged power that you are a part of. – Emily Carr
Explore North America…
Undoubtably my favourite place on earth, North American is an incredibly vast and beautiful continent. I may be a bit biased though, as this is home. I was born and raised in the greatest country on earth, Canada. And through my travels I have been hard pressed to find a country that can rival the awe-inspiring landscape and pristine nature. From the colourful houses of the Maritimes. The Great Lakes of central Canada. The Arctic tundra in the Territories. And the vast Rocky Mountain Range. Coast to coast, north to south, it is one of the most incredibly diverse countries on earth.
I have explored a large percentage of this continent but there is always more to see. I have been able to live in three very different areas of Canada. Born in Toronto, the largest city in the country. I spent 6 years living in Halifax Nova Scotia during University and post graduation. And most recently I spent 3 years living in the mountain paradise of Whistler, British Colombia. While I have only explored a small portion of my own country. I hope to do a big cross Canada road trip sometime soon. There is so much to see and do in this incredible area of the world!
